Serie - Debris Collection 2019

What is the burden of objects in our collective history?

The artworks migrated from the palaces to be made public through the function of the museums during the S. XIX. Later they have accumulated and finally, we have made new palaces where to place them. We accumulate naturally maybe because of the fear of forgetting. We make revisions of those collections as we do with our memories, rephrasing and re-instructing us.

This series tries to collect only the traces of those cultural residues. What museums contain is no longer important to simply focus on their impressions in the society.
What historical traces are presented to us, how we are indoctrinated, what traces it leaves on us.
